Publisher Graffiti Games and developer Space Mace revealed today their combined party game Joggernauts will probably soon be Nintendo Switch-bound. Wii, Space Team, as well as the Bop It toy.
The gameplay of the cleverly-titled Joggernauts has players taking turns as “the head of a jogging group of aliens ” through color-coded, obstacle-filled platforming degrees. The mechanics are reminiscent of the of Ikaruga and Runbow, together with players of particular colors needing to switch to get past challenges with the very same colors. And in the spirit of teamwork, all players share the identical amount of lifestyles, and certainly can win and lose amounts together.
But even with this focus on coordination and teamwork, Space Mace also demonstrated the game will have a single-player component. The identical switching gameplay is kept, however, the player is going to need to control two characters at once–to help you are well-coordinated on your own.
Joggernauts is arriving to the Switch sometime in 2018, with an additional launch on Steam, although the announcement and accompanying preview mostly centered on the Switch launch. To get a closer look in the game, you also can check out the aforementioned preview below:
