Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire attracted players back to some wealthy, deep RPG experience earlier this year alongside a brand new atmosphere and cast of characters, and those searching for more adventures are going to have a lot to look forward to in a few weeks with the launch of the game’s first major growth.
The expansion will arrive next to the game’s 2.0 upgrade, which will offer numerous bug fixes and balance improvements and a fresh set of challenge manners for veteran players.
A Complete description for the growth and exactly also what to expect can be found below from Obsidian:
Upon getting a missive from an isle of worshipers into the god of entropy and disaster, Beast of all Winter chooses the Watcher and his team into the southernmost reaches of the Deadfire Archipelago. The Watcher is thought to be the harbinger of the end of things and worshipers of the god of both cold and decay, Rymrgand, have called upon the Watcher to satisfy their fate.
Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire is available today on PC, Mac, and Linux, and will probably be heading into PS4, respectively Xbox One, and also Nintendo Switch later this year, while its “Beast of Winter” DLC will start August 2nd, 2018.
