Fortnite Battle Royale Video Explains Changes Made in Season 5

Today Epic Games Launched a Brand New video about the massively popular Battle Royale Style of Fortnite.

The movie, starring Design Lead Eric Williamson, describes a number of the modifications made using the launch of Update 5.0, or Season 5, but you want to take it.

We get into the changes made to shotguns, which were tweaked to be much more consistent in their distribute and not as overpowered when taking several of these. The balance between SMGs and attack gun has also been adjusted.

The storm ring behaviour has also been changed in order to push the players around when matches get very long.

Season 5’s progressive outfits will be dependent on experience and can be completed beyond the season itself, providing players more opportunities to unlock them.

Last, but certainly not least, we all get a sneak peek at the sound team in the office … with golf carts.

You can check out the video below. You may read the entire patch notes, and have a look at more recent videos.
