The trailer concentrates upon the snow cruiser Centurion, which can be a relevant addition in contrast to previous games. It’s essentially a giant boat able to travel overland utilizing freezing fields.
We get to observe the new “Boat Purchase” mechanic, which lets Claude request support from the Centurion from the form of radar sweeps, artillery repairs to vehicles, along with even a rescue armored vehicle.
Near the end of the trailer, Sega also showcases the capability to upgrade the ship, unlocking new orders and enhancing the ones we’ve.
You may take a look below. If you would like to see more, you can also delight in a recent batch of screenshots and video featuring the new valkyria Clymaria Lewin, the preceding trailer, and the beautiful opening cutscene using the theme song of this game.
If you wish to try the game on your own, a demonstration is currently available on the Western PlayStation Store. If you would rather just see, you can check out about a hour of gameplay that I recorded from the demonstration itself.
Valkyria Chronicles 4 will release in North America and Europe for both PS4, Nintendo Switch, along with Xbox One in 2018. It’ll start in Japan to get PS4 on March 21st, 2018 and also for Nintendo Switch afterwards in the summer.
