Among the Bigger but more interesting looking indie Names to come from Microsoft’s E3 2017 Press Seminar was the sci-fi co-op FPG Deep Rock Galactic, Made by Ghost Ship Games and published by Coffee Stain Publishing. We harbor’t heard a lot about the title since then, but now we heard that Deep Rock Galactic will soon be hitting Steam Early Access on PC and Xbox Game Preview onto Xbox One on February 28.
Søren Lundgaard, CEO and Co-Founder of Ghost Ship Games, had the following to say about attracting Deep Rock Galactic into Steam Early accessibility and Xbox Game Preview:
“Moving into Historical accessibility and Game Preview, we are really excited to keep developing the game with the help of our community that is awesome. At start, 7 regions of Planet Hoxxes will be prepared to explore, mine and become lost in, but this is just the beginning and Hoxxes has begun giving up her secrets. We can not wait to start implementing all of them and have SO a lot ideas. ”
For those of you who don’t know, Deep Rock Galactic is an co-op FPS game that takes place on the hostile planet of Hoxxes IV. Players must mine precious gems and metals out of the entire world’s surface, but also need to fend off waves of aliens. There are four different categories: Gunner, and Driller, Engineer, Scout; they have roles to perform to make sure each assignment is successful.
