Back in August of 2017, Hazardous Games disclosed its game Q.U.B.E. 2 could be released sometime in 2018, however in the moment we didn’t understand a more exact release date. Well, that has changed as the programmer has formally declared the first-person puzzle title will be available in a little over a month, on March 13, 2018.
“We’re very proud of the way Q.U.B.E. 2 has formed up – no pun intended – after nearly five years of growth. After we produced the first Q.U.B.E. we were students, but after a half decade of actual business expertise we’ve put together the kind of superior product we have always wanted. We hope you have as much fun playing it as we did making it.”
For the ones that don’t understand, in Q.U.B.E. 2 players seize good care of Amelia Cross and archeologist who’s woken up in a universe that is not her own. Throughout the course of the game, players will be able to command and change the environment around them so as to make it. The game comprises 11 chapters and over 80 distinct puzzles.
The first title, Q.U.B.E., was first released in 2011, however, a Director’s Cut of the game was released on PC from 2014, together with the PS3, PS4, Xbox One, also Wii U models approaching a year later. That edition added a story to the game, something that the first version did not include.
Q.U.B.E. 2 is set to be released only on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
